The nature of an item coming such a long distance is an increased risk of transit damage. We always hope that this does not occur but it is down to how the international merchant chooses to pack the items. In the event of minor box damage your order will proceed as planned. In the event of major damage we will offer a full refund. Import orders are final and can not be cancelled or altered.
Local Versions:
Items imported may receive a local release and be sold with the special edition sticker in Australia. By offering an import we are making no representations otherwise and you understand you are buying an item that comes with the genuine store exclusive sticker. We are unable to cancel or refund any orders placed if a local version is released.
